What to do with leftovers

Looking at the leftover chicken from yesterday, I've decided to make fried rice out of the chicken and the teriyaki sauce. Of course, the rice has to be prepared ahead of time as cold rice is required to make legit good fried rice!!

Cover the pan with oil of your choice. Put the teriyaki chicken from yesterday and let it sizzle for a while. Pour some frozen peas, corns, and carrots from the those package. Then pour the bowl of rice that was prepared ahead of time. (Before you pour the rice, make sure you use chopsticks and loosen the harden cold rice). After the rice has warmed up and has separated and loosened a bit more, add the extra teriyaki sauce from yesterday. Let the rice fry and dry it out. You can add eggs if you want, but it would get watery afterwards.

So next time, maybe I would add the egg before the rice instead of after the rice.
