hospitality!

first week of CK foodservice rotations! Now back to waking up at 6:00/6:30 ish... finally going on to the hospital floors and shadowing the PFSAs who pass trays and have to face the guests/ patients the most, doing audits... going to different floors is very interesting and I enjoy it a lot! I can't wait for clinicals :)

We met a very ungrateful and grumpy frequent flyer. Apparently the whole hospital knows of her, especially our department because she always complains for food. Rush is known for having better patient meals.
I've heard a lot about her and finally met her when we gave her the second tray. She wasn't grateful for the second tray...and just swore and yelled at us, saying the dry patty will choke her -.-

We had a big management project. The hospital wants to implement a new static menu so we have less write ins and late trays. I kinda find many problems with this system because it seems disorganized and not everyone is ready for the change. Only the high level management knows the details, but those who need to train the workers are not even notified or taught with these possible changes and implementations.
