Feb 2019 Gratitude Diary

2/14/19 Day 1
I’m having grateful to play volleyball with my classmates today! I had such a great time. I really enjoy playing volleyball! I miss it so much :) it makes me so happy.

2/15/19 Day 2
Thank you for a surprise! He always manages to surprise me on vday (or the next day). Thankful for this day for making my day sweet (even tho he made me mad for a little bit).









2/16/19 Day 3

Friends from college who are now living in different cities and states visited Chicago. Fun time with great friends. Great time with fun friends :) grateful for these people in my life who I can always laugh with and make fun of and being myself with no filter. And we got lucky and discounts at everywhere we ate today!

One bad news today is that my grandma passed away. RIP

2/17/19 Day 4

Volleyball was fun. Hanging out with friends was fun. Booked my flight to Hong Kong with Jason. I hope my mom is feeling okay and will express her grief with us. I am grateful for my siblings and family members being by her side during this tough time.

2/18/19 Day 5

Oops, hurt my back today in the most stupid way possible. Learning how to insert foley catheter and doing lumbar puncture was fun. 

2/19/19 Day 6

A day of napping and LI-ing. Thankful for Jason to put up these three huge frames of HK. Now I can see HK from Chicago :P

2/20/19 Day 7

Happy hour with friendmates (classmates who became friends) at the Publican. dollar oysters and drinks which were all great! One of the best HH I've found, even though the time was not super m to other people (not to us!) Sometimes it's hard to get away from school/ homework topics, but I'm glad we were able to do that :D and talking about random stuff. I had so much fun completing the Spanish homework on false cognates.

2/21/19 Day 8

BABY MASON WAS BORN YAY! 7.7 Lb Everyone in school congratulated me like he was my child lol. Aunt of 6 and counting :)

2/22/19 Day 9

Date night with Jason- shooting and dinner. On our way to the range, he forgot his FOID card >< so we spent an extra hour plus just to commute back home to grab the card. When can he improve his forgetfulness?! 

2/23/19 Day 10

It was fun and relaxing to just lounge around with Jason in the morning after we woke up. We haven't done that for a while. Watched Orville, ate. Then I just kept sleeping. I don't know why I'm so tired. Highlight of the day was meeting up with Winny!!!! Haven't seen her for a while now and it's always nice to see familiar faces.
