Day 131: respect and responsibility
Kids... not necessarily have to be younger than I am, but basically just immature no matter how old they are.
I can't stand kids being so disrespectful, rude and irresponsible. Isn't respect the first thing that parents teach us? It's the basic silent rule to be respectful to those who are older than you are, no matter how large or small the age gap is.
Responsibility. The second thing that my parents taught me when I was growing up. If you can't be responsible, no one can trust you and give you any responsibility. I won't hire anyone like that. Even if someone are going to quit, at least write it in good English, manners or say it in person.
If one does not even have the two basic characteristics I mentioned, I think one has to improve to achieve those simple things. I can't wait to see how you survive in the real world.
