Day 154: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Usually we have 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We all know that breakfast is the most important and biggest meal throughout our day because that gives us our initial energy to function. Lunch and dinner, in turn, become meals just slightly boost up your energy when your initial energy decreases.
My personal habit is that I don't eat breakfast because I don't have time and I'm lazy. I wake up right before my class and just head to class and then grab lunch after. My biggest meal of the day is my lunch because that's when I start functioning. I think it depends on the individual that if you should have breakfast or not. If you don't have enough sleep and force yourself to have breakfast, your day will be equally tiring even if you have the breakfast (Like I did this morning!).
And then... I want to conquer this dish when I have the materials too! EGG BENEDICT
