Day 177: 暴雪的來臨
Having studied in Madison for almost 4 years now, I am lucky (?) enough to experience two snow storm/blizzards that made the school closed down. This time, even better in the student's perspective - finals canceled. Driving in a pre-snow storm was so exciting! I felt like I'm getting slapped every step haha!
This morning, woke up at 7am to take the GRE. Sucked, of course, after 4 hours. Blasted on my two male roommates after not able to talk for 4 hours. Keep talking even afterwards because I'm just so tired. (side note: I talk ALOT and JUMP around with topics when I'm tired...). I still had a comm arts exam tomorrow to worry about, but seriously didn't have any energy and motivation to study for it. After watching a few shows, I was gonna study, but still couldn't focus. Turned out, at 4pm, the campus announced that ALL in-person final exams are canceled.
OMG. My life had gotten better, but something made it even better. Trust me, hard works pay off!! I had shown that throughout the years! Knowing that A for Clinical Nutrition is impossible and I'm on the verge of AB, I seriously studied my butt off and pressured myself to get that AB. I had to get 136/150 in order to get AB. AND I checked my final grade.. and it was 136.5/150. I cried (happy tears) and screamed! I was soooooooooo excited; sooooooo proud of myself.
If you put your heart into it, you will get something out of it!!
