與YOLK過的中秋節
身在外國的我，對中國人的節日敏感度變低了。今年，我竟然狂問我家人和香港的朋友中秋節正日是幾多號！
今年和往年有點不一樣的是今年我沒有一班HKSA的朋友一起慶祝中秋節。今天，我真的要一個人過一個慶祝團圓的節日（多諷刺）。其實也沒關係因為我開始習慣一個人的感覺，有時候也挺開心的。就算是一個人，看到電話中的訊息，我知道我不是孤單的，因為我有遠方的朋友們（山頂的朋友你們好！）：）
今天難得不用上學，也是中秋節，我要過得有意義一點 －自己去YOLK！可能我習慣有人陪的感覺，我對自己單獨吃飯有點敏感；說實在，我是害怕一個人吃飯。我今天衝出我的comfort zone and ate alone! （對不起，如果你覺得我低能 lol）
來到YOLK應該要吃點 yolk 的東西，所以點了Egg Benedict Caprese- which is vegetarian; the ham in usual egg Benedict is replaced by tomato! I didn't even notice until the end lol! Tomato is a good alternative as it is less salty compared to having ham. The homemade Hollandaise sauce was very tasty, but they added too much salt and pepper on the side which made the whole dish overly spiced. Loved it when those yolk kept leaking out; it was super juicy!! 不是potato的大粉絲，但是這個 diced red potato 很好吃！主菜Egg Benedict 還沒吃呢，不知不覺就吃了一大半！
一個人吃飯其實也不錯！有時候，就算一班人吃飯也好像一個人吃因為大部份人都看著手機吃飯。我很想念手機isn't that smart 的時候... 坐在我隔壁的情侶一路也沒說過話，他們也是看著手機...等到大家吃完才說一兩句。
自己在YOLK待了一個小時再多一點因為 portion 太大了，吃得前所未有的慢！吃得太飽，就在我家對面的公園走走... 太冷了，太濕了，還是回家吧... 想必今晚的大大月亮應該看不到吧...
