I feel good!
Yesterday got my midterm and assignment 1 back. Surprisingly I did well on both of them. I feel more confident in my grad school work!
I also got selected to become a life coach for Facing Forward (a volunteer program). We will meet once a week to learn how to do motivational interviewing and coach those who are in need at Facing Forward. I am excited, yet nervous. I hope I still got the energy and time (I guess make time) for this program! I guess my thinking was I want to get as much experience as possible from Rush/ Chicago. What will set myself different from my classmates here? Maybe a little but more experience in these?
Today, I had my first outpatient (ish) experience at the heart failure clinic... mainly for my thesis lol!
