One of those stressful days

Today is my second day at the cafeteria for my second part of foodservice rotations. We did some production stuff- prepping food and lunch. I never expect to be this stressful when it hits 11:30 - lunch time ; and even more stressful when it hits 12:30 - peak lunch hour.

After graduating from college, studying, writing for tests and meeting deadline aren't stressful to me maybe because I don't feel stressful that easily.

We had to rotate down the service line, serving the customers at different stations. At 12:30, I was at the busiest station - comfort zone with the chicken wings; apparently chicken wings are one of the most popular items. I've never felt this stressful!! I had to serve the customers, but I'm kinda slow in serving because I'm new, so I'm kinda backing up the line... and I just want to rush through each order but sometimes I got some difficult customers... and was even more stressful.

Learned so much about the communication and customer satisfaction... some customers had to wait for more than 5 mins for tater tots... considering the employees are busy people - nurses, doctors etc... I just want to provide the best service meaning quickly and correctly, but just stressing myself out at the same time...!
