Day 162: Happy Thanksgiving
I might not be spending this holiday with my family, but I am definitely grateful to have my roommates and friends with me today, with all the preparation of our little thanksgiving dinner! I'm glad we made the turkey and the rolls happened! It's definitely scary to try it out for the first time, but it's worth a try! Never be afraid to cook some complicated dish :)
- Frying those rolls can be a little bit scary with all the oil splattering around!

Tried out this recipe from my family - traditional Fujianese pork and shrimp rolls with tofu skin! It was a success too! Of course not as good as my helper's but it was still good!! |

That bird looks GREAT!! You must teach how to do this with chicken when we are in HK next month!!!!
