Day 71: day 20 in MOWI

- Site visit schedule for next week

The hardest part for my project is to make a perfect schedule that fits everyone's schedule. Knowing people are having holidays or have other commitments, I had difficulty coming up with the perfect schedule ><.

- Edit Nutrition Education

It is difficult to "dumb" down your words once you've been in school for a long time. At every assignment, teachers always expect big and profound words... However with these handouts, we need to make them as easy as possible. The Readability Index has to be no more than 3rd grader level. Luckily, except for "dumb downing" the scientific words, I do not have big words... you know I'm a simple person. As a professional, we should know the hard and easy words for explaining to our clients. We cannot assume everyone is at the same level as you.

- Customer Satisfaction Survey TallyOne of the most painful thing to do which is tallying... you literally sit there and tally their answers. Even though the job itself is tedious, it is kind of fun to do. We would figure out some scribbles together. Some clients wrote nice comments... one question is What do you like about MOWI; and she/he answered: Love and care. These answers are very touching.
