Day 88: uh oh

I run almost everyday, but I eat back the amount of calories I burnt...
Today, I had a huge plate of pasta, a chicken burger, waffle fries and peach milkshake.
The last three added up to 1500 calories :)

and I loved it. The chicken breast was fried, so it wasn't chewy or dry. It was bouncy AND The chicken was huge. I always enjoy having more on my plate. I never eat fries, except for waffle fries. They are too difficult to resist! The peach milkshake brought me to heaven. Peach made it sound a lot healthier, but it was the fattiest thing ever! :)

  2. Thinking about calories is unproductive. Better to eat like the Okinawans... up to 70% full!

    Can't depend on exercise to 'burn calories' because the body's energy need isn't such an easy instrument to measure! Exercise for health and fitness!
