Day 15: Xanga
I'd used xanga ever since grade 6 when everyone around me was using xanga as well. That time, all we cared was comments and props. The more comments and props you have, the more popular you are -- it was what we were fighting for back in middle school. haha silly us.
As time passed, people began to abandon xanga and moved on to other sites. I'm glad I didn't. Xanga has been my personal diary, and I don't know what to do without it anymore.
Some bloggers like Apple and Middle really inspired me about love. A guy told me not to put too much weight on these stories, but if you think about it, these stories may and can happen to you. It's not that you need to put yourself into the character and act all sad, but somehow you feel related to the story... somehow you're just hooked.

yeah we tend to place ourselves in certain stories...but isn't it good enough to keep the good memories? don't let the bad times drag you down and make you miss out opportunities!
ReplyDeleteI love Middle too :) it's ok to be nostalgic! but at the end of the day looking forward is the most important
ReplyDeletehuman life is made up of experiences...good cannot exist with the bad! it's all learning... life will move forward, whether we like it or not, ready or not...
