Day 18: Happy Mother's Day/ Childhood

Happy Mother's Day! I'm thankful to have a great mother, father and siblings :) I seriously don't know what to do without these awesome 6 people.

I remembered when I was in grade 1, I didn't know how to spell "hamburger. Knowing that I had a dictation the next day, mom spanked me with a hanger, telling to repeat "hamburger" 100 times before I could sleep. Not that my mom was staying up with me, she was asleep when I was writing my "hamburger". Even how, I know that she cares about me no matter what :).

Another time, I remembered I almost drowned in a swimming pool in Thailand. I was showing off my freestyle to my parents and siblings! And after a second, I was sinking in the pool. My brother and dad jumped to the pool and saved me!! I hated my brother, so I kicked him away and wouldn't let him save me hahaha.

One summer, I was lost in Vancouver. I guess my parents had too many kids to look after and forgot (?) about me. And the only person who went back and looked for me was my brother!! I guess I was wrong about my brother! Even though he looked like he doesn't care much about anything, inside he cares!! He's a loving brother :)

Oh memories.
