Day 43: Day 5 in MOWI

On-going Assignment: letter and menu trends

Evan, the technology dude, had to fix the connection between my computer and printer as it was printing insanely for two days now. It took him quite some time to complete the task. He needed to call the support and go back and forth in the office. During that time, I was looking over the DI handbook and creating a schedule for my DI applications that are due in Feb 2013.

Sherry asked some of us to go to Central Market with her. I've never been to Central Market so I'm super excited to see what's all this fuss about. Central Market is only in Texas, and the concept is similar to Whole Food in the states and City Super in Hong Kong. It provides locally grown products and international products as well. There are many self-serve machines, like for different type of grain, oil, tea, coffee, nuts, chocolate, candy and herbs.

Sherry introduced some healthy food there and taught me how to get things cheaper. For example, one pound bag of Pistachio nut that was for 10.99, but there are those self-serve machine that one pound is only 7.99 ... Of course, you would use the self-serve machine to get bigger and cheaper bag of Pistachio nut.
